Please can clubs fill out the entry form and send this back to office@bugl.co.uk 
Please make a copy of the google form by clicking file  -> make a copy and fill it out. Share this back to us    using the share button or download and email it back.

Once sent back, clubs will be sent an invoice and should be fufilled within 30 days.
